Pickleball courts are the new “it” real estate amenity for the rich and famous and, really anyone with a spare 400 square feet. At one time it was golf that reigned supreme as the sports amenity most requested, but golf as a sport is on a steep decline in participation for many reasons, while at the same time, the sport of pickleball has skyrocketed in popularity.

Even the biggest estates might not comfortably accommodate a tennis court, but a pickleball court can be installed in a much smaller space.
